NILU, as a research institute, is completely dependent on the fact that our independence and credibility cannot be questioned. This means that we cannot take political or financial considerations into account in our conclusions and not allow ourselves to be influenced to adapt our advice and conclusions to short-term wishes and needs.
Competence:
NILU’s strength is and must be the institute’s overall competence. This includes both strong competence within our specific subject disciplines and competence in utilizing this strong subject competence in collaboration with other subject areas and disciplines.
