Monday January 14 NILU arranged a seminar at Kjeller on Meteorological Education and Research. The seminar indicates the beginning of an academic cooperation with Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST).

NILU signed in May 2018 a cooperation agreement with NUIST that involves exchange of students and other academic cooperation within polar, climate and air quality research.

NUIST is one of the leading universities in China with 30 000 students, and more than 5000 students in meteorology and climate research, including 250 doctoral students.

NILU look forward to the further cooperation with the University.
